CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE TARA VITASTA GANJU
O R D E R
% 21.03.2025 1.
It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that what was sought to be filed by the Petitioner was not additional documents but missing pages from the documents already filed. He however fairly concedes that the Application under Order VII Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 did not contain these averments. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition. Liberty however is sought to file a fresh Application in accordance with law qua his above contentions. 3.
The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The pending Application stands closed.
