This suit has been instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from providing, offering educational services, advertising, etc. under the impugned marks.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement on 27.10.2025, incorporating the terms of the settlement. 3.

Court has perused the terms of the settlement in the Settlement Agreement, copy of which is on record and finds the same to be lawful. 4.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement, which shall form a part of the decree and the terms therein shall bind the parties thereto.
