% 30.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 25th November, 2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3684/2016 wherein it was directed that petitioner should make a representation to the respondent No.1-Secretary, Department of Health and the same be considered in accordance with law and in the light of the observations made, having regard to the objects of the Central Government Health Scheme within a period of four weeks. Today, learned counsel for petitioner has handed over a photocopy of the letter dated 28th March, 2017 issued by the respondent whereby the petitioner's request for inclusion of sister-in-law in CGHS Card has been declined. The same is taken on record.
In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed and the notice issued is discharged.
However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the letter dated 28th March, 2017 in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
