% 10.02.2017 Today in Court, learned counsel for respondent has handed over a photocopy of the office order dated 09th February, 2017 passed by DIGP, GC CRPF, New Delhi, wherein it has been held that the petitioner is entitled to draw higher pension of Rs.8145/- according to the fitment table w.e.f. 01st January, 2006 of pre-revised pay scale of Rs.6500-10500 subject to the outcome of the review petition to be filed in the Supreme Court.
