% 11.01.2016 Crl. M. A. No. 62/2016 ( under Sec 482 Cr. P.C. for release of FDR) This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant, namely, Sh. Rajesh for releasing the FDR in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- which was stated to have been deposited by the surety. However, from the record it appears that the applicant, namely, Sh. Rajesh had stood as surety for Respondent No.3 by furnishing the FDR in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- bearing CIF No.

8724281024-2 issued by the State Bank of India, Sampla District Rohtak, Haryana and endorsement was made on the same on 26.11.2014 and the FDR was returned to the surety. The surety, namely, Sh. Rajesh is present in person in Court

today and has brought the abovesaid FDR containing the endorsement.

Since the appeal filed by the Appellant has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29th May, 2015, the endorsement made on the abovesaid FDR is hereby cancelled and the same is returned to the applicant in the presence of the counsel, after retaining the photocopy thereof on record. The application stands disposed of.
