3. The present petition has been filed with a limited prayer that directions be issued to the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, New Delhi (hereinafter "DRT"), to dispose of the petitioner's pending objections filed vide TRC/105/2022 titled TFCI v. Asiad Hotel & Ors in a time bound manner.

4. Despite advance service, except for respondent no.6, none of the respondents are represented.
