1. Learned counsel for the Respondents submitted that the refund order has been passed.

2. It is directed that within three weeks from today, the refund amount together with interest payable thereon will be deposited to the Petitioner's account directly by the Department. If there is non-compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of.
