% 18.04.2016 CS(OS) 1535/2012 The case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 29.03.2016 of Learned District & Session Judge (East), KKD Courts, Delhi, wherein he was of the view that the jurisdiction value of the present matter does not lies in the said court. Vide order dated 16.12.2015, the matter was to be transferred to East District, KKD for 29.03.2016. The transfer of the said court vide order dated 16.12.2015 in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015 was mistrial order. Accordingly the said mistrial order is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
