This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 17.05.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal'), Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No. 1404/2024 titled Bhawna v. Staff Selection Commission & Ors., allowing the OA filed by the respondent herein, by directing the petitioner to subject the respondent to a re-medical examination for determining her fitness for the post of Constable (Executive) Female. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent is no longer interested in securing the post in question. Accordingly, the question raised by the petitioner has been rendered academic in nature.
