1. Learned counsel for the Respondent states, on instructions, that since the refund order together with interest will be issued on or before 25th April 2017 and the entire refund amount including interest will be credited into the account of the Petitioner not later than 1st May 2017.

2. The petition is disposed of. If there is any non-compliance with the above direction, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
