% The petitioners have today given an Undertaking in the Court that they will hand over vacant physical possession of the property in question on or before 31.07.2016.

They have also stated other conditions in the undertaking. The undertaking of the petitioners is accepted and they shall remain bound by the same.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the undertaking given by the petitioners, the respondent shall not execute the Eviction Order till 31.7.2017. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.

I undertake to this Court to vacate the property Ground Floor Kucha Bela Mal, Naya Bans, Delhi-110006 and hand over vacant physical possession to the respondents on or before 31.07.2017. I also undertake to pay the up to date agreed rent, electricity and water charges payable for the period of possession of the property.
