W.P.(C) 16442/2024 has been preferred by the Petitioner challenging the impugned Office Order No. 933/2024 dated 24.10.2024 whereas in W.P.(C) 16837/2024, Petitioner lays a challenge to Office Order No. W.P.(C) 16442/2024 & connected matter Page 1 of 3 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
968/2024 dated 07.11.2024 to the extent Respondent No. 1 has directed the Petitioners to deposit the respective amounts under Service Agreementscum-Bonds fully. Direction is sought to Respondent No.1 to accept proportionate bond amounts and the resignations of the Petitioners and consequently relieve them from the services of Respondent No. 1. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1 hands over copies of the letters dated 10.12.2024 and 17.12.2024 whereby they have acceded to the requests of the Petitioners and granted approval for proportionate recovery of the amounts under the bonds for the remaining service periods and have also agreed to relieve the Petitioners from 20.12.2024 following the recovery of all outstanding dues including recovery of the proportionate bond amounts upon due verification by the Finance Department and submission of 'No Dues Certificate'. Copies of the letters have handed over to counsel for the Petitioners. The documents are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that in view of this decision of Respondent No. 1, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petitions. He further submits that the entire outstanding amounts will be deposited by the Petitioners with Respondent No.1 within a period of 03 days from today and all other necessary formalities will also be carried out. It is urged that subject to deposit of the amounts and completion of formalities, direction be issued to Respondent No. 1 to relieve the Petitioners from 20.12.2024 and a further direction be issued to Respondent No. 2 to extend the joining time and Petitioners be permitted to join the services of Respondent No. 2 on or before 23.12.2024. 4.

proportionate bond amounts and subject to deposits and completion of necessary formalities to relieve them, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petitions.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2, on instructions, fairly and candidly submits that joining time for the Petitioners shall be extended upto 23.12.2024 considering that the matter was sub-judice before this Court and now Respondent No. 1 has agreed to relieve the Petitioners. The assurance is taken on record and it is directed that Petitioners will be permitted by Respondent No. 2 to join its services on or before 23.12.2024. 6.
Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
