Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the present petition, the petitioner has received a draft of Rs.52,702/- from the bank and, therefore, he is left with no grievance in the present petition. It is, therefore, submitted that the petition may be disposed of as the petitioner is no longer desirous of continuing with the same.
