Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.PC'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner /State to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the accompanying Leave Petition. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application and in the interest of justice, the delay of 78 days in filing the accompanying Leave Petition, is condoned and the same is allowed.

The Application is disposed of accordingly.
