O R D E R

% 30.07.2018 Crl. M.A. No.7190/2018 The Court had directed on 04.04.2018 that the petitioner's case for release on parole shall be considered on 12.04.2018 on the strength of the order dated 12.03.2018. Since a co-convict Kuldeep was out on parole, therefore, as per policy, both the convicts could not have been out on parole simultaneously. When the said Kuldeep surrendered before the Jail Authorities on 26.04.2018, the present petitioner was released on the same date.

No further orders are required in the matter. The application stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
