Present petition is filed under section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment Act), 2015 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator. The petitioner entered into an agreement on 4.3.2009 with the respondent whereby the respondent was to provide e-education to the students. 2.

Disputes having arisen between the parties the present petition has been filed as there is an Arbitration clause in the Agreement. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the appointment of an Arbitrator.

Accordingly, the matter is referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre for arbitration of the disputes between the parties. The arbitration shall be held under the rules of the said centre. A copy of this order be sent to DIAC. Petition stands disposed of. 5.
