Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0480/2023 under Sections 308/323/34 IPC, registered at PS: Uttam Nagar, Delhi.

It has been pointed that MoU dated 20.11.2024 has been signed with Respondent No.2 Sanket Mishra / Complainant only, however, there are two more injured, i.e. Brijesh Chauhan and Vinit, but, neither the MoU is signed by them nor any Affidavit endorsing the settlement has been filed on record. 3.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw present Writ Petitions with liberty to pursue the matter before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, Writ Petition along with pending Applications is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. NEENA BANSAL KRISHNA, J.
