This application is filed by the petitioner seeking recall of the order dated 05.12.2024.

The writ petition was dismissed noting that no prayer for pre-mature release can be entertained when the petitioner has overshot the period of release on furlough and is admittedly not in custody. Petitioner seems to have surrendered subsequently. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to file a writ petition afresh seeking appropriate relief.

No further orders are required to be passed.

The application stands disposed of.
