Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constiution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to direct the Respondents to restore the investigation of the Zero FIR No. 02/2024 dated 30.11.2024, Police Station Gokul Puri by passing the appropriate action for illegal transfer of the above said case to the Police Station Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.

Learned counsel for the State has informed that his Zero FIR was transferred to Ghaziabad. After completin of investigations, the ChargeSheet has been filed and the cognizance has been taken.
