This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no. 77/2024 dated 03rd March, 2024, registered at PS Kishan Garh, Delhi, under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B IPC on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties dated 17th September, 2024, which is on the record of this Court. 2.
Petitioners and respondent no. 2 (complainant) are present in Court and are duly identified by the IO and the respective counsels. 3.
Respondent no.2 is the General Manager, Human Resources of Jindal India Thermal Power Limited and is appearing on behalf of the company. The Board Resolution nominating respondent no.2 as the Authorised Representative is on record.

She states that she has no objection to the FIR being quashed as a loan of Rs. 9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs only), which was taken from the company by petitioner no.1, has now been repaid by petitioner no.1. 5.
In these facts and circumstances and considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR no. 77/2024 dated 03rd March, 2024, registered at PS Kishan Garh, Delhi, under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B IPC and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
