% 25.10.2018 In terms of order dated 05.10.2018, registry was directed to give a report with regard to the transfer of the suit as per pecuniary jurisdiction. However vide office noting dated 23.10.2018, this case may by erroneously could not be placed before court for transferring the same to concerned District Judge.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 5th December, 2018 for further directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District &
