O R D E R

% 06.07.2018 The petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the previous order dated 23.03.2018. It is stated on her behalf that she shall continue to do so. The main accused has been granted regular bail. In the circumstances, the interim order is confirmed. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 52/18 under section 33 of Delhi Excise Act, 2009 registered at Police Station Crime Branch, New Delhi, she shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when she is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) her mobile phone number 8742997079 shall be kept operational

at all times, so that the police could contact her; (iii) she shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (iv) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith. Observations made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition is disposed-off.
