The plaintiff and defendant have handed over the original Memorandum of Oral Family Settlement dated 18th December, 2018 along with the copies of the Power of Attorneys which are taken on record. The Memorandum of Oral Family Settlement dated 18th December, 2018 along with the annexures is marked as Ex.C-1.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement Ex.C-1 which shall from part of the decree. All the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 4.

The parties present in Court undertake to comply with the terms of the

settlement. The undertaking of the parties is hereby accepted. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
