By order dated 11.09.2024, the appeal was disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 29.08.2024, between the parties. 2.

Mr. Ujwal Ghai, learned counsel for the appellant, states that the appellant has received the amount to which he was entitled under the settlement agreement.

The respondent No. 1 has now filed this application for release of the Fixed Deposit Receipts lying with the Registry, deposited by the appellant, pursuant to the order dated 21.03.2016. 4.

The application is therefore allowed, and the Registry is directed to release the two FDRs mentioned in the prayer (a) of the application in favour of respondent No. 1.
