% 11.02.2017 It is mutually agreed, the respondent- Insurance company shall pay to the appellant a sum of Rs.8,50,000/- over and above the impugned award by way of cheque, which shall be deposited with DHCLSC favouring the appellant within 45 days, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. The cheque so deposited, be handed over to the appellant on due verification. Ld. Counsel for the appellant on his part, however, submits that he shall ensure that the substantial amount so deposited shall be kept in fixed deposit, so
