% 27.10.2017 After some arguments, the parties have agreed to settle the matter. Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to the court that a sum of Rs.11,50,000/- shall be paid to the petitioner within four weeks from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that on receipt of the said amount her client will receive the amount in full and final settlement of all the claims between the parties.

Both the counsel agree that payment of this amount would be full and final settlement of all the claims between the parties. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
