1. The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the common order dated 20.11.2014 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. 937/2010 and O.A 2101/2010. The petitioner also seeks to assail the review order dated 11.05.2016 passed in RA no. 235/2015. Vide the impugned orders, the learned Tribunal has allowed the claim of the petitioner by directing that their pension be revised at par with the pension of the post 2006 retirees in the pay scale of S-30 and they be granted the benefit of the revised pension w.e.f. the date of filing of the O.A.

2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the issue raised in the present petition is identical to the issue raised in W.P.(C) 6002/2016 which has been allowed by this Court today. 3. In the light of the aforesaid, the impugned order will stand modified in terms of the order dated 20.03.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 6002/2016.
