% 27.05.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits on instructions that the respondents have agreed to restore petitioner's allotment of janta flat bearing No.173, third floor, Sector B-4, Pocket-3, Group-I, Narela, New Delhi and to hand over the possession to him upon petitioner completing all the formalities.

Learned counsel for the respondents shall intimate the formalities required to be fulfilled by the petitioner to his counsel within a period of 10 days whereupon the petitioner can fulfil the same. The petition and the pending applications are disposed of as satisfied with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of petitioner's grievance not being redressed in terms of the statement made today. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
