% 20.07.2016 C.M. 25535/2016 By way of application, withdrawal of main appeal is sought by appellants.

Mr. D.R. Bhatia, Advocate, submits that appellant No.1 is present in the Court and is identified to be so by him. He further submits that appellant No.1's affidavit is on record. Appellant No.1 affirms the contents of this affidavit and submits that he may be permitted to unconditionally withdraw the main appeal.

The application is allowed as prayed for and stands disposed of. RFA 389/2010 In view of the above order passed in C.M.25535/2016, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally.
