% 03.04.2018 This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 praying for extension of time for making of the Award.

Counsel for the respondent appears on an advance notice. He submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended as prayed for in the petition. For the reasons stated in the petition, as also no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondent, time for making of the Award is extended up till 24th November, 2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
