% 18.07.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 4th December, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 1811/2015, whereby the Division Bench directed the respondents to grant benefit of First Financial Upgradation in the scale of Rs. 4000-6000 and Second Financial Upgradation in the scale of Rs. 5000-8000 within a period of ten weeks. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order in question has been implemented inasmuch as the petitioner has been granted the benefit of First and the Second ACP.

A copy of the letter dated 14th July, 2016 is taken on record. In view thereof, the present contempt petition is closed as satisfied. In the event, the payments are not made to the petitioner in accordance with the letter dated 14th July, 2016 within a period of 12 weeks, the petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the contempt petition.
