Second Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') read with Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking extension of Interim Bail granted vide Order dated 13.10.2025 for getting the cataract surgery done for the left eye, in FIR No.490/2025 dated 31.05.2025 under Section 338/336(3)/340(2)/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Burari, 4.
It is submitted that the cataract of the right eye has already been done. It is also conceded that earlier, the medical papers indicated that the cataract of only right eye and that has been done.

Now, it is for the first time being stated that he has to get the cataract surgery for the left eye, which is scheduled for 18.11.2025. The Interim Bail is extended till 20.11.2025, on the same terms and conditions, as imposed vide Order dated 13.10.2025, passed by this Court. Thereafter, the Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 6.
The Bail Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 7.
Copy of this Order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and compliance.
