This appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 impugns the judgment [dated 27th November, 2015 in LAC No.5/1/08/06 (New), 104/05 & 204/1/06 (Old) (Unique Case ID No.02402C0 74022 2006] on a reference under Section 18 of the Act. 2.

Notice of the appeal was ordered to be issued and the Trial Court record requisitioned.

The counsel for the appellant states that the impugned judgment has been set aside and the reference remanded for fresh adjudication, with the consent of the counsels, vide order dated 21st December, 2017 in LA. App. No.290/2016 preferred by Union of India (UOI) against the same judgment. 4.
