By the present bail application, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 192/2023 dated 25.03.2023, registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi, for offences under Sections 20/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

The present is the third bail application filed by the applicant after dismissal of his previous bail applications by this Court by orders dated 03.10.2024 and 08.04.2025. 3.

The only change in circumstance pleaded by the applicant is that charges have been framed after dismissal of the applicant's bail application on the last occasion.

the applicant is not a change in circumstance of such nature that would allow filing of another application seeking bail. In fact, the framing of charges further strengthens the case of the prosecution.

Filing of successive bail applications is nothing but an abuse of the process of Court.

The present bail application is, therefore, dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
