By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 510/2023 dated 30.10.2023, registered at P.S. Najafgarh, District Dwarka, Delhi, under Sections 302/307/308/147/148/149/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that there are four eye-witnesses, out of whom two have been partially examined and two are yet to be examined before the Sessions Court.
