This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of applicant in case FIR No. 455/2024, under Sections 309(4)/3(5) BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas.

At this stage, Mr. Shri Kant Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present bail application, pertaining to FIR No. 455/2024 was registered at Police Station New Usman Pur and not Khajuri Khas, as mentioned in the instant application. 3.

He seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application.
