By the present bail application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 30 days in FIR No. 66/2021 registered at Police Station Nand Nagri, for offences under Sections 302/394/34/397 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the ground that his sister expired on 08.10.2025 and her last rites have to be performed on 16.11.2025.

Serious apprehensions have been made by the prosecution in case the applicant is released on bail.

It is submitted that the applicant had committed a gruesome murder and the allegations were also supported by an eye-witness.

Nothing has been placed on record to show that any religious ceremony is to be performed on 16.11.2025. 5.
