Due to declaration of holiday on 25.11.2025 on account of 350th anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji's Martyrdom Day, the matter is taken up for hearing today.

By the present bail application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 19.03.2025 passed in BAIL APPLN. 861/2025 arising out of FIR No. 549/2017 dated 13.07.2017, registered at Police Station New Usmanpur, for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, for a further period of four weeks, on the ground that due to his medical condition he is not in a position to surrender.

None appears for the applicant.

None had appeared for the applicant on the earlier occasion as well, that is, on 18.11.2025.

The Report indicates that the treating hospital has advised the applicant bed rest for three weeks since the applicant is still under supervision for DJ Stent positioning.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court by order dated 19.03.2025 passed in BAIL APPLN. 861/2025 is extended for a period of 10 (ten) more days from date, on the same terms and conditions as imposed therein.

The applicant is directed to surrender on or before 07.12.2025.
