No.6207/2016 The abovementioned fresh application has been filed by the petitioner, stating that the disputes between the parties have been resolved. The petitioner has also filed the affidavit in respect thereof. Along with the application, the petitioner has filed the "Full and Final Settlement Agreement" dated 8th July, 2016 executed between the parties. In view of the settlement, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. The date already fixed as 12th August, 2016 is cancelled. The matter be not listed on the said date. Pending application also stands disposed of.
