% 18.04.2016 In pursuance of notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the file of this suit was sent to the court of learned District Judge, East vide order dated 07.01.2016 passed by this court. File has been returned with order dated 31.03.2016 passed by learned District & Session Judge (East). It is observed in order dated 31.03.2016 that the case does not fall within the jurisdiction of East District and therefore the matter is returned for allocation to the court of competent jurisdiction. Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that the suit property falls under PS Jagat Puri and therefore the suit file may be sent to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts. Suit file be sent to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts.
