This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, assails the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ["the Tribunal"] in MACT 276/2022 titled "Sunita Devi & Ors. v. Sandeep Sharma & Ors.", whereby the petitioner's application seeking recall of a witness for cross-examination, has been dismissed. 2.

Mr. A.K. Soni, learned counsel for the petitioner - Liberty General Insurance Co. Ltd., submits that, in the interregnum, the claim petition itself has been disposed of by the Tribunal vide judgment dated 15.10.2025.
