In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court District (North-West), Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge District (North-West), Delhi on 25.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
