Although, the petitioner seeks to challenge three collective orders being 23.10.2024, 17.10.2025 and 18.10.2025, however, without adverting to the merits involved, and so as to clear the way for maintainability of the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is willing to give up the reliefs qua the orders dated 23.10.2024 and 17.10.2025 with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law and restrain her submissions in the present petition to the order dated 18.10.2025.

This Court has heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

Prima facie, this Court finds no reasons for interfering with the order dated 18.10.2025, however, considering that the present petition is arising out of a guardianship petition pending before the learned Family Court and is involving a six years old son, for the betterment of the child as also in the interest of justice, it is felt appropriate to allow the presence of the mother during the visit of the father before the Child Counsellor, if it is so deemed fit, proper and appropriate by the Child Counsellor. also in view of the fact that since the child has been residing with the mother for the last one and a half years.

In view of the aforesaid, the rest of the terms in terms of the impugned order remains same.

As such, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
