The present petition has been placed before this Court on an office noting indicating that the FD deposited by the petitioners have been released to the petitioners and, therefore, the petitioners would be required to pay the penalty as imposed by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that although, the petitioners have received the proceeds of the FDR deposited before this Court, they have to comply with the orders of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board as to the penalty of ₹5 lakhs. This is also confirmed by the proxy counsel appearing for the respondent Board. 2.

In this view no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 3.

The petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
