The present petition under Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"1. Initiate civil contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 29.08.2024 in w.p.(crl) 2631/2024.

Direct The Respondents To Complete The Investigation Forthwith And File A Detailed Status Report Before This Hon'ble Court Within A Fixed Timeframe.

Pass such other order(s) as this hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
