% 14.07.2017 Learned ASC through the IO submits that the investigation in the FIR in question bearing No. 0746/2014 registered with PS Sarita Vihar, Delhi, under Section 406/409/420/34 IPC has already been complete and after filing of the status report dated 17.04.2017, the Auditor's Report has been received. It is further submitted that the final investigation report shall be filed within four weeks. Therefore, nothing survives in the petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
