Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for quashing of FIR No.0132/2022 dated 03.09.2022 under Section 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC') registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing, Mandir Marg, New Delhi, essentially on the ground that the parties are negotiating for a Settlement. This cannot be a ground for quashing of the said FIR.
