By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek following reliefs: "a) Set aside the order dated 27.10.2025 passed by the Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi in Cr. Revision No. 572/2025;

b) Quash and set aside the order dated 30.08.2025 passed by the Ld. JMFC (NI Act)-01, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in complaint case no. 632962/2016;

c) Restore the right of the Petitioners to lead Defence Evidence in the said case; and"

Issue notice. The learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent on advance notice. The learned counsel states that he has no objection if the prayers made in the petition are allowed, subject to imposing costs on the petitioners.
