O R D E R

% 29.08.2016 Both counsel submit that connected disputes between the parties are pending before Mr.S.M.Chopra (Retd. ADJ), thus, the disputes involved in the present case be also referred to the same learned sole Arbitrator. With the consent of the parties, the prayer made in the petition is allowed.

Mr.S.M.Chopra (Retd.

ADJ) (Mobile No.9213230349) is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes arising out of the agreement in question between the parties as mentioned in the present petition.

The parties are also allowed to file their respective claims and counter-claims before the Arbitrator.

The Arbitrator shall ensure the compliance of the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 before commencing the arbitration. The fees of the learned Arbitrator shall be paid in the same terms as recorded in the earlier arbitration proceedings pending between the parties. The parties to appear before the Arbitrator on 2nd September, 2016.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties and a copy thereof be delivered to the learned Arbitrator forthwith. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
