% 21.03.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized constructions which has been carried out by private respondent in property bearing No.A-103/7, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi. It is stated that this is against all the bye-laws of the Corporation. On advance notice, learned counsels for respondent nos.1 and 3 have put in appearance. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that the ground floor on this property was booked as way back as in March, 2015 demolition action qua the ground floor had also been effected on 16.6.2006; certain illegal deviations have also been noted on the first floor which have been booked yesterday. All actions in accordance which have been initiated shall be taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent no.1 is taken on

record. It is hoped and expected that it shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Needless to state that adverse actions will be taken against the private respondent after due notice to him. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
